The apartment has a patio terrace with four lounger chairs and table and a large living area with quality furniture including a new sofabed. There are two bedroom with wardrobes and a key operated safe for your valuables in one bedroom. The bedrooms have a lockable patio door between them and both have their own door from the lounge. It has a fully equipped kitchen, a large dining area and a bathroom with bath and shower. The relaxing lounge has a settee and chair and there is Satellite Television(BBC1,BBC2,ITV1,C4, Sky News, Eurosport & CNN), a DVD player and a Hifi system. During your stay, you are free to use the facilities that the resort has to offer, which includes the 2 refurbished swimming pools. Both bedrooms sleep two people each and a new sofabed is available in the lounge. All details can be confirmed upon booking.
The apartment is located at the front of the complex on the ground floor, with easy access from the main entrance. It has a terrace with a garden affording some privacy from the road. The two refurbished swimming pool areas are a short distance from the front door of the apartment. There are steps leading down to the main pool area and some steps lead up to the top pool. There are no lifts in the complex. A large number of sun loungers are situated in both pool areas.
The terrace, lounge and bedroom 2 all benefit from the pleasant afternoon and evening sunshine and during the summer, the sun stays on the terrace and lounge until well into the evening. Both bedrooms and the lounge are equipped with ceiling fans for cooling during the hot weather.
Clean linen and towels are provided on arrival.
