Situated on Parque Del Rey, a 15-20 min walk from the centre this four bedroom detached villa is an ideal family holiday home. Extensive south-facing terrace, surrounded by tropical plants is perfect for sunbathing. Sun loungers and outdoor dining area with chairs are provided. The pool is 8 x 4 with gradual steps and is heated electrically. For absolute peace of mind a wrought iron safety fence has been installed with lockable gates. Over-head fans keep you cool as you relax on one of three leather settees in front of the television, which has UK channels and a DVD player with films. Through the lounge is an open doorway to the large dining room with patio doors to the terrace area. The dining table is ample with chairs for eight to sit comfortably. A security safe is provided for you to keep all of your holiday valuables in one safe place during your stay. Another excellent feature of Bella Atina is that the kitchen is fully equipped to a high standard; there is an oven, hob, large fridge freezer, microwave, kettle, toaster and dishwasher. An extension to this is the utility area, which offers further storage space, washing machine, tumble drier and ironing board with iron.
