With capacity for 14 people, the Home of Gredos is a rural house of complete rent located in a property, to 3 km of Sands of San Pedro (Avila) and on the foot of the Mountain range. An ideal place to join family or friendly and to enjoy the nature, to rest, to coexist… All this to only an hour and a half in car of Madrid.
Constructed with granite massive stone walls and wood of chestnut tree, pine and juniper it is distributed in two plants. In the ground floor 3 double rooms are placed, 2 baths, the cook-hungry and the hall with chimney. From the hall great large windows offer spectacular views to us of the Valley of the Tietar. also in this plant is a cosy porch with a view to the Mountain range of Gredos. The second plant has 4 ample double rooms, three of them with terraces from which mountain range views of and valley are contemplated to impressive and a bath. 3 of the double rooms have double bed and 4 two beds.
Also we have 4 beds supletorias to increase the capacity of the house up to 18 places if outside necessary.
All the house has heating by radiating ground.
In the outside a great garden, barbecue, swimming pool and mainly virgin nature and wonderful views.
