The apartment and the building have been completely restored. It has a small bedroom with a bed located at high. The sitting room and the kitchen are in the same room.
There is a new sofa-bed. The bathroom has a shower, WC and washbasin. There’s air conditioned hot/cold, heater, television, DVD, refrigerator, washing machine, hair dryer, electric cooker and crockery. Sheet and towels are included.
