Villamartin is situated on the Orihuela Costa about 15 minutes south of Torrevieja in the South Costa Blanca. It is an ideal location for either a beach or golfing holiday as everything is close to hand. The nearest beach at La Zenia is only a 10 minute drive away and the golf course at Villamartin is within walking distance along with all the bars, shops and restaurants.
We are also able to cater for larger parties as we have several other apartments available for rental on the same complex.
The apartment has two bedrooms and can sleep up to 4 people. There is a spacious lounge with an open fireplace and a sun terrace leading from the front door. There is a spacious kitchen-diner with all amenities including oven, hob, extractor, fridge freezer, etc. From the kitchen is a separate outside utility area with a washing machine.
There are two double bedrooms both with fitted wardrobes and a large bathroom with bath with shower attachment, toilet, basin and bidet.This property has a large front garden with a private swimming pool. The property also has access to a secure communal pool.
In the apartment you will find a folder with information about the amenities (beaches, shopping, restaurants, etc), car hire, travel, Spanish towns and cities, sports facilities and theme parks, together with useful telephone numbers and some Spanish vocabulary. There are leaflets, maps and discount vouchers. It is there for your use to enable you to have a relaxed and carefree holiday.
