Located near fabulous beaches, Villa Kadyanda, our Fethiye, Turkey vacation rental villa is a perfect base to enjoy a Turquoise Coast holiday.

The master en-suite bedroom of this 5 bedroom rental villa in Fethiye, Turkey has a king bed, shower room, spacious bedroom and a large sun terrace with stunning views over Uzumlu plateau. Other bedrooms also have king size, double or single beds, and twin beds with all other required amenities. Our fully equipped kitchen will let you cook with ease, whether it’s simple or extravagant fare, and 18 seated dining table is large enough for the entire group to enjoy great meals.

Our Fethiye villa rental has a main lounge with two leather sofas seating seven people, satellite TV/DVD/CD and a wood-burning fireplace. The ottoman-themed second lounge is comes with a PlayStation 2 with wide selection of games, films and music. It also features board games, a reading library and provides access to the terrace surrounding pool and covered patio area. Our game and fitness room has a table tennis, darts, weights, punch bag and cross-trainer for health and sport enthusiasts.

The famous paragliding resort of Olu Deniz is also close to Fethiye, only few miles away from this Fethiye waterfront villa. Fethiye is known worldwide for its rock tombs, fabulous beaches and marina. Shopping, restaurants, water parks and other recreation venues are also not far from our vacation rental villa.

  A twin bedroom with a sun terrace overlooking the mountains behind the villa. Again fully furnished and air-conditioned.

  The bustling port of Fethiye is only 17km away and can be reached by the regular Dolmus minibuses, or is an easy drive by car. The famous reort of Olu Deniz which is the centre for paragliding is close to Fethiye as is Hisaronu with a lively night life and the 'Ghost Town' of Kaya Koy.
