Villa Annirozi, 6 Seaside Residence is a simply stunning luxury villa in a great location. Set at the heart of Seaside in a prime position for the main pool. The living areas are very spacious and are excellent, plenty of space for the kids, parents & grandparents. Or, ideal for friends sharing as there are 3 bathrooms & 4 loo’s! The villa is fully air-conditioned & has heating & duvets for the cooler nights. The ground floor consists of a spacious open plan living space with 5 double patio doors, an American style open plan kitchen, fully kitted out including that all important dishwasher.
The entrance hall is spacious with ample storage & a downstairs cloakroom. The hallway leads to a spacious open plan living space, contemporary furnished with comfy sofas, a hand-made dining table to seat 8, open fireplace and fully equipped with T.V, DVD & CD player. 2 of the patio doors lead straight from the living room to a large terrace which looks out to sea and overlooks the main pool . Here you will find comfortable patio furniture perfect for alfresco dining and making the most of the built in BBQ.
The master suite is a gem with a fantastic king-size four poster iron bedstead, dressing room & en-suite bathroom with jacuzzi bath. There is a large balcony overlooking the main pool with fabulous sea views. There are a further 2 beautifully appointed bedrooms (one double & one twin) sharing a shower room. We also have 2 extra put up beds & 2 cots for our smaller guests.
On the second floor is the wonderful pent-suite consisting of a dreamy large light bedroom with king-sized wrought iron bedstead, en-suite bathroom & a terrace with magnificent sea & mountain views. This terrace is a favourite place to sip a cool drink and watch the sun go down. There are sunloungers to enjoy the peace & quite. Perfect for a spot of bare sunbathing if you are brave enough.
There are sun-loungers & comfy cushions on the front terrace for you to enjoy those lazy days by the pool. & A truly delightful villa perfect for guests who want to enjoy sunny climes & luxury accommodation.
