Polecat Place is privately owned and managed by Mark and Libby Gay and offers two separate vacation rentals. The middle floor is called the Polecat Palace and the bottom floor the Polecat Pad. The water is just steps away and the views are magnificent. Rental includes private boat dock with fishing pier and so much more.
