Homestead Village is not like other retirement communities. No endowment fee is necessary. For one simple monthly fee you receive all the amenities Homestead Village has to offer. Our licensed administrator can help each resident become established with area health service providers including doctors, therapists, private duty aids, hospice programs, etc. We can make appointments, arrange transportation, and handle prescription delivery. Updated medical information is kept on hand including living wills, special emergency requests or other information based on doctor's orders or personal wishes. Three well-balanced meals are prepared and served in our dining room daily. Thought is put into providing choices that are familiar and delicious, like home cooking, while paying close attention to special diet needs. Snacks are always available if desired.
