Welcome to our beach home "Sunshine" on the beautiful Fort Morgan Peninsula. Sunshine is a professionally decorated two-year-old five-bedroom, three-bathroom beach house located in the upscale Morgantown beach community. Be prepared to relax!!
Sunshine comes equipped with three king beds, four twin beds,a baby crib, and a sleeper sofa in the living room. The home features granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, crown molding, six brand new TVs, CD/DVD player, high speed internet access, cable television, and a charcoal barbeque grill. I have gone to extraordinary lengths to think of everything anyone could possibly want for the perfect beach vacation. Your comfort is my most important priority.
Sunshine sits just steps from the beach boardwalk and has wonderful views of the Gulf from all the living areas. Morgantown also has a beautiful neighborhood swimming pool, exclusive to those in the community, and a brand new pair of tennis courts for those with exercise on their minds.
For golfers in the group, Sunshine is located next door to the world famous Kiva Dunes Golf Club, a winner of numerous Golf Digest awards. Just down the street is home to 27 perfectly manicured holes at the Peninsula Golf Club. Both resorts are truly world class.
