Our condos are located in a gated and very tropical community right next door to the Pointe Hilton Resort at Tapatio Cliffs. The resort features a championship golf course, several fabulous restaurants and shops, and even has horseback riding available. Directly across from the resort is the Phoenix North Mountain Preserve. There you will find several hiking / mountain biking and horse trails. You will also find some great wildlife and bird-watching areas.
There are 48 golf courses with a 10 mile area.
Our condo community has three heated swimming pools, each with a spa, tennis courts, and a basketball court. The pool enclosures all have patio furniture, gas grills, and a wet bar area for your use.
The second condo is a townhome with approximately 1500 spacious square feet. It has been completely remodeled and is furnished in a very comfortable, traditional style. It has a private, enclosed courtyard. Both condos are air conditioned, and have a fireplace for those chilly evenings, or just to add a little ambiance. Both condos also have cable TVs with DVD players, and a surround-sound stereo with a CD player. In addition, we provide local phone service.
