It is light, bright and private. Furnished in light Southwestern Decor this home features a large heated swimming pool, spa, ping pong, gas BBQ in private backyard. Home backs to private desert wash with beautiful Arizona sunsets from back balcony. There is a hiking and biking path that sides the house and goes for miles thru pristine desert with Giant Saguaro Cactus and lush vegitation.
Home is located in a golf course subdivision and there is a heated community pool, basketball courts, children's play area, tennis, walking trails and nature trails nearby. Most rooms have ceiling fans and home has a reverse osmosis water system. All furniture is in new condition including washer/dryer/microwave. The home has a king bed in the master. The other bedrooms have a queen, double and twin bunk beds. There are also 2 futons in the family room. The home will comfortably sleep 12.
