The Summit House is one of a few private homes in Mount Nebo State Park near Dardanelle, Arkansas. This 4,400' lodge-like-house is perched on the mountain's edge, 1700 feet above the Arkansas River Valley. It offers 60-mile views of the valley and Ozark Mountain Ranges.
The home is conveniently located just off I-40 Exit #81 at Russellville, and 120 miles south of Branson, Missouri.
Four charming bedrooms each have their own entrance onto a 62-foot deck overlooking the valley. The master suite is 20' x 27' -- with a canopy bed, a two-person jacuzzi, double vanities, and a shower. With the addition of day beds, trundles and futons, the home can sleep up to 30 persons. There are five bathrooms.
The fully furnished kitchen includes all cooking utensils, two refrigerators. There is a TV/VCR in each bedroom and in the living room a 52" TV/DVD/VCR with Direct TV satellite, is also in the master suite. All linens are provided.
The 60' x 20' great room features porcelain tile flooring, a native stone fireplace. The 38' x 19' living room has a cathedral ceiling. The 20' x 24' game room offers a sofa bed, couch, bar, refrigerator, table and chairs, games and pool table. And the covered porch off the dining room has a gas grill. All these great home features make this an ideal location for family reunions, weddings, receptions, corporate retreats, church retreats, and club or social retreats.
