Located on a quiet, one way street, our Aptos vacation rental home is perfect for a relaxed sun and sand holiday with your family or friends. Featuring many amenities, this retreat is a short 3 minute walk to Rio Del Mar State Beach and the promenade leading to the famous cement ship that was once a floating casino.
This 2+ bedroom home in Aptos can comfortably accommodate up to 10 guests. The well furnished bedrooms include 2 queen-size beds,2 bunk beds,1 queen sofa bed and 2 pullout twin beds. The kitchen is fully equipped and there's a outdoor gas barbecue, too. It is a dog friendly home.
For your entertainment, this child friendly Aptos house features two TVs with satellite and DVD/VCR players as well as an iHOME Station for your iPODS. There is also Wireless Internet access. On the back deck is a hot tub. There are board games for fun.

The house is 45 miles south of San Jose International Airport via Interstate 880, Highway 17 and Highway 1.Take the Rio Del Mar Exit, keep right past the Deer Park Shopping Center and the Seacliff Golf Course. At the beach, take an immediate right turn at the first street, Venetian Road. Follow Venetian to Bennett Road,turn left onto Bennett. The 2nd house is 145 Bennett Road. You can park in front or use the carport on the lane behind the house. |
