A lovely cottage in the charming village of Coronado. The house is a block & half from beach. The address is 1023 Encino Row, Coronado, CA. 92118. Walk to restaurants, shops, parks, Hotel del Coronado & the beautiful Coronado beach (including "dog beach"). Only 10 minutes to downtown San Diego, by Coronado Bay Bridge. The house is located on a quiet street in a very good neighborhood. The front yard has an orange tree and flower beds;the back is a small enclosed patio with deck, table & chairs, BBQ, and outdoor heater for winter. The cottage is about 800+ square feet, and has a storage yard for bikes, surfboards, etc.
