Located on the first floor, sea (kai) level, the Kai rental is a beautifully remodeled, turnkey, 1200 square-foot, three bedroom, two bath rental steps from the beach and park. The Kai rental sleeps up to 6 people and is comfortably furnished with a King bed in the master bedroom, Queen bed in the second bedroom and two twin beds in the third bedroom. The recent remodel includes all new tile floors and carpeted bedrooms, new kitchen and bathroom cabinets, GE Profile kitchen appliances, granite countertops, mirrored closet doors, doorway to private patio and more.
The west wall of the living room offers floor to ceiling windows ensuring you get the most of Del Mar's sunny blue skies while looking out to your own umbrella covered table and chairs with a stainless steele gas grill. Inside enjoy watching your favorite movies on a 53" t.v. Life is made easy with beach chairs, beach towels, a shade umbrella and an outdoor hot/cold shower to rinse off after a day of soaking up the sun and surf! Tandem parking for 2-cars included.
