Olivet Road is home to several boutique wineries, just off River Road. This home is nicely located for 15 min. access to Healdsburg, Sebastopol, Forestville, Santa Rosa and Calistoga. A hot tub is set on the beautiful and large back deck to take in the vineyard views.
Large double doors mark the entry, and hardwood floors are throughout the downstairs part of the home. The formal living room, with two oversized soft sofas, fireplace, wingbacked charis, game table and armoir set the mood to the left of the entry. Continuing through the entry you come to the family room and kitchen area. A large sectional sofa and wood burning stove are set amidst French doors looking out to the vineyards beyond.
Just off the family room there is a large gourmet kitchen with island, gas range top, large side by side refrigerator, dishwasher and all small appliances for our guests including blender, coffee maker and toaster. There is also a small dining area or breakfast nook just off the kitchen that looks to the vineyards for your easing into the day with your first cup of coffee.
