Konocti and Clearlake in Lake County.
Clearlake is considered one of the best Bass fishing lakes in the country and recently has been added to pro circuit. Nearby is the Konocti Harbor resort offering some of the best live music in northern California 12 months of the year.
Activities include nearby casinos, wine tasting, fishing, boating, water skiing and jet skiing. All furnishings, bedding, cooking supplies included. Home has central air, heating and Jacuzzi bath.
