Our Malibu home is 25 minutes from Santa Monica by way of the Pacific Coast Highway and within easy walking distance of Zuma beach (which can be reached without walking across the highway).
The house has four bedrooms around a central courtyard and a large backyard that is well shielded from neighboring houses. It is very private as it is located by itself at the end of a cul de sac.
It is our home, not a rental per se, so is really nicely kept up with real (as opposed to rental) furniture and dishes etc.
