NEWPORT BEACH VACATION HOUSE RENTAL DESCRIPTION :

This wonderfully located Property is a duplex on the Water. Walkway and sand at front step. A patio for sun and dining. Ideal for family. Both units are newly redecorated and very comfortable.We rent both units together in the summer for large families. Together they sleep 16. The rest of the year we rent the lower 4 bedroom only at a very moderate rate. Ocean swimming with lifeguard stand in front. Fishing pier, stores, restaurants, bay, and boat rentals within a couple of blocks. Activities: 20 minutes to Disneyland. Boat to Catalina Island close by. Walk to stores, restaurants, boat rentals, fishing.swimming, fun zone for the kids. We are close to everything in a very nice family neighborhood.

	Very comfortable. Living room up stairs with view of whole beach. Lower living room opens out to front patio with umbrellas and chairs and plenty of room also a barbeque unit.

ATTRACTIONS :

We have a great location on the beach. House nextdoor is for sale for over $5 million dollars.

AIRPORT INFORMATION :

We are a 10 minute drive from the Orange County airport and 50 minutes from L.A.X.
