This vacation home is the lower unit of a duplex and is one house away from the sand, walking distance from park, basketball court, tennis court, and Newport Pier on the boardwalk. This is not the typical vacation rental. In summer, winter, spring, or fall, this NON-SMOKING vacation home is definitely all about location, rest, and relaxation. Enjoy breakfast or a family barbecue on the huge patio while enjoying the ocean breeze. Step out to the ocean and watch the dolphins swim by or on a winter\'s morning enjoy views of Catalina Island. First bedroom has a King-size bed, guest bedroom has one twin, and one trundle bed (total three beds in guest bedroom). If you are looking for activities, there are plenty to choose from - biking, boogie boarding, surfing, sailing, boat rentals, whale watching, Catalina Island, fishing, shopping at Fashion Island, and more. This rental is just 15 minutes from John Wayne Airport, 20 minutes from Disneyland, California Adventure, and a short drive from Los Angeles International Airport, Sea World, San Diego Zoo, Hollywood, Universal Studios, Knotts Berry Farm, Long Beach Aquarium, Getty Museum, and many other tourist attractions.
