Lovely spacious home with ocean view from the third floor deck, 2 blocks to the beach and on the bike path.
3 bedrooms with 4 queen sized beds (quality bedding), 2.5 huge bathrooms, 3 sofa beds. We have a library and a den giving more privacy for large groups.
Kitchen is equipped to feed 16 people. Fireplace in front den.

High speed internet, cable and unlimited long distance service in North America.
Entertainment system, 4 televisions, games, boogie boards, beach chairs and a couple of bicycles. Firepit table on the deck along with a barbecue.
Attached 2 car garage.
The train station is only a couple of blocks away if you want to go to San Diego or Los Angeles for the day. Near Camp Pendleton.
