The villa is beautifully furnished and has been equipped with all that a family may need on their vacation. Apart from featuring the usual amenities of a vacation rental, the Sunrise Retreat offers luxurious amenities such as gas grill, reading library, video library, Jacuzzi tub in the master suite, private decks offering panoramic mountain views, and a game room with pool table, game table with chess board and numerous other board games.
Guests of the Sunrise Retreat also enjoy access to community facilities such as a PGA rated golf course, swimming pool, tennis courts, basketball courts, clubhouse/lounge, and a game room with air-hockey and Play station units. Except for the golf course and horseback riding, all other facilities are free. A charge of $15 per 9 holes is levied for the golf course.
