A really nice 3 BR, 3 BA upscale condo (Penthouse) right on the sand of Mission Bay and only 200 yards from the Pacific Ocean. It has two reserved parking spaces, is spacious, immaculate, fully furnished and there is full size washer and dryer in the rental.
The 3 bedrooms consist of: MBR has a Ca-King bed; the 2nd BR has a Queen bed and the 3rd BR has a set of Bunk beds, a full bed on the bottom and a twin on top (sleeps 3). There is also a Roll away bed (sleeps 2). Totally we can sleep 9 people in beds. We furnish the telephone, cable TV w/VCR,in the Living room, Stereo AM/FM radio, CD and Tape. There are also four (4) beach chairs and a beach umbrella. Outside on the Patio is a table w/8 chairs, umbrella and BBQ (Natural Gas). When you look out to the East on a clear day you can see the mountains in the back ground.. This is truly the place to relax, have conversation, BBQing and enjoy the view.
