There is a Jacuzzi in the Master Queen bedroom with an Ocean View and the second bedrooms has 1-Twin Trundles. Down the fun stairwell is a large lower level with another Queen bedroom with another Jacuzzi tub and a Family area with 2-Queen Innerspring Futons. The Kitchen is elegantly equipped with a Gas stove, Microwave, Large Refrigerator that has an Ice Dispenser. The first seating area is a booth just off the Kitchen with a Great Ocean view. The second table can be moved from the dining room next to this booth for a total seating of 10.
There is a small deck just off the Great Room that has a tall table & chair set. The Gas BBQ is stored just down the stairs for easy transport to the beach just about 10-steps away. The home has WiFi and a small gas fire stove
