The French doors in the living room open out into the well-maintained garden that features large mature trees, ivy hedges, a brick patio, two separate water fountains (seahorses and dolphins), and white wicker patio furniture which is cozy and inviting on a warm sunny day. Hideaway screens enable you to enjoy this beautiful garden while in the indoor sitting area, just past the French doors. A brand new, fiber optic-lit hot tub awaits you in a secluded area of the garden. AND, there is an extra studio apartment, the Blue Marlin, situated over the garage for extra guests, this sanctuary sleeps 4 and comes with a kitchenette. Bathroom access is back in the main house, via an outdoor staircase.
