Vacation Rates do not reflect our non-refundable $25 booking-fee, 10% occupancy tax, $300 cleaning fee, travel insurance based on %7.5 of the total cost (excluding security deposit) and the security deposit. All prices and date ranges subject to change. Tahoe Keys and Lakefront properties are subject to 5 day minimums during regular season. Lakefront and Heavenly Valley rentals have a 3 night minimum during the Winter Season.
