The fireplace is woodburning . Firewood is not supplied. There is a telephone line that allows unlimited local calls but will require a calling card or credit card to place long distance calls. Upon arrival you will find a starter set of soaps, toilet paper & paper towels, coffee, tea cream and sugar. You may want to bring or plan on locally purchasing additional supplies to last your entire stay.
