You should know that not all areas in Tahoe are created equal. This is in a development called Tahoe Donner. It is considered one of the best in all the towns that make up Tahoe. It has a private membership to all the facilities there, including a private beach and boat launch on Donner Lake, ski resort, both downhill & cross country, swimming pools(2), hot tubs, full gym, steam rooms, sauna's, restaurants, both casual & formal, cocktail lounge, tennis courts, horseback riding, golf, just an incredable place to hang out. You, as my guest are entitled to use and enjoy all of these incredible facilities.

Then there is the historic town of Truckee. It has two regions. One has the original historic, rustic look with the wooden plank walkways and charming shops etc. from the days of the old west gone by, while the other end of town is contemporary. Both have shops, restaurants, taverns galore. This town has become the #1 hot spot of Tahoe and Tahoe Donner Resort is now famous.

In addition to what you just read, I have recently lowered my rates even more to accommodate you, my guest and thereby do my share during these tough times. I try hard to give you the absolute best rates. Please do not compare mine to another house of lesser rooms or a condo located in a less desirable area like South Lake Tahoe or Kings Beach. There is no comparison, it would not be comparing apples to apples and this is, in the private resort of Tahoe Donner as I covered previously. Which again makes a huge difference.

It is light and bright and open, with lots of windows, and a sunny, private location without the traffic noise of busy streets like NORTHWOODS(again, not all neighbourhoods are created equal, even in the good neighborhoods). If I want fun & noise and action, I can go a mile to town.
