9th house from the sand.Downstairs has a nice patio and garden area, two bedrooms with queen size beds and queen sleeper sofa. Sleeps 6. Upstairs is a large two bedroom two bathroom with a queen size bed and a queen size sectional sofa sleeper. The master suite has two futons and a seperate entrance. The master suite can be closed off creating a 1 bedroom/1 bathroom unit. Front and rear decks. Ocean and mountain views. Sleeps 4.Pierpont beach area is located halfway between the marina and the pier.
