The Sunset Roost is a three bedroom, two bath manufactured home that has been fully renovated inside and out. Artwork from local artists adorns every room and spills into the outdoor living room and gardens. And the sunset view is what you will always remember. The open floor plan invites interaction throughout the living area, but you'll be spending a lot of time outside, reading on the deck, soaking in the hot tub, swinging in the hammock, and strolling through the gardens and on-site walking trails that wander through the manzanita, oak and pine forests, and loop back through the oak savanna. Wildlife is abundant at the Roost -- you may see deer, birds, fox, turkey, peacocks, squirrels, raccoons, and bats. The full amenity kitchen allows you to prepare gourmet meals -- or you can just warm up a take-n-bake pizza from nearby Mariposa (ten miles). We have a home theatre system including DVD and CD players and satellite TV. DSL is provided for those who can't go without their laptop. All bedding and towels are provided, and a washer and dryer are there for your laundry needs. Sunset Roost is a non-smoking property.
