This home is very private, while being centrally located at the same time. Carlsbad's great beaches, local attractions, world class resorts, shopping, restaurants, and night life, set the standard for an ultimate vacation destination. Only 30 minutes north of downtown San Diego, 90 minutes south of Los Angeles, and 1 1/2 hours from either the mountains or the desert... you could not ask for a more perfect location. The Granny Flat can sleep 7 very easily and it has it's own full bathroom and kitchen, also stocked with everything you could need. There is a small fenced in yard down the back stairs from the Granny Flat that is perfect for small dogs, but not all that great for kids.
