Built-in bar on patio is perfect for relaxing and enjoying the ocean, mountain, and sunset views. There is a gas grill on the patio for barbequeing. One minute walk to awesome beach - great place to surf and boogie board. Lifeguard and ocean activities center right there. Kayaks for rent. Great location. Walk to town or borrow our bikes. Safe town to let kids be kids! Excellent place to relax. Slow-paced town, but it's only 10 minutes to Santa Barbara if you want nightlife. Queen bed, double bunkbed, queen pull-out sofa. High chair and porta-crib.
