This is a recently updated townhome with large private patio located on Carpinteria Creek behind the popular Carpinteria State Park and Beach. Just a short walk to the sand, bluffs and park facilities. Beach chairs and toys are provided. Easy walk to dining and shopping. Singing Springs Village is where the townhome is located and provides a quite retreat from the beach activity while providing easy access to the beach. Local transportation is available around town and to Santa Barbara. Carpinteria can provide you a memorable vacation established in 1769. Easy access from the Santa Barbara or Los Angeles airports via US 101. We normally rent from Saturday to Saturday especially in the summer. Carpinteria offers a safe beach for bathing in the sun or the water, beach combing and exploring. There is a single screen movie theater int town. There is an Amtrak station which has scheduled trains to and from Santa Barbara. If you go to Santa Barbara there is a wharf, more beach, shopping and dining on State Street, an aquarium, a nice little zoo and additional movie theaters. There is inexpensive public transportation around town from the train station. |
