In winter, it is one of the smartest ski resorts in North America, with magnificent skiing on the Ten Mile Range at 10,000-12,000 ft (3,050 – 3,660 m). and in summer, a glorious array of sports such as golf, tennis, sailing, horse-riding, white water rafting, hiking and fly-fishing – a paradise for children and adults alike.

Rock House is situated on a no-through road in the prestigious Highlands area of Breckenridge and backs straight onto the golf course with its mountain views beyond. It is a quiet location, yet only around 15 minutes drive to the center of town and the ski lifts and less than 10 minutes drive to the Golf Club and leisure center.
