The condo is located in a gated community with pool, hot tub, clubhouse, and gym. Carport included. Views of Pikes Peak and the Front Range.
All utilities are included but there is no phone (bring your cell phone). High speed Internet is provided in the rent. Located in Springs Ranch (NE) 25 minutes from Garden of the Gods and all the W side businesses. Only 1/2 hr. south (at rush hour) is downtown Colorado Springs. Academy and all N side business ½ hr. north. COS is only 11 miles away.
