Welcome to our lovely home with great mountain views from porches both front and back. There is a comfy vaulted living room with gas fireplace, and separate TV room. For your convenience, there is full laundry facilities, and half bath on main floor, and a great kitchen with dining seating for eight, and bar seating for another eight.
There is a large master suite on the main floor, with two queen beds. There is also a master bedroom on the second floor with another queen-size bed with private bath. As well, there are two additional rooms with queen-size beds, with floor space for double air-beds (provided) on second floor.
Then there is a loft with three queen- beds. If you need to work, there is a computer with high speed internet hookup in the loft. Large stainless gas grill on rear deck, and adjacent eight-person hot tub.
Our home has easy access, one and a half miles off I-70 north on Highway 9. It is a quiet new development, one-hundred yards from Blue River. It is only two blocks to Summit Stage bus stop. Silverthorne Recreation Center, library, and outlet stores are minutes away on direct bus route. Target store is just a half a mile mile away.
