Located on two and a half acres in the heart of the San Juan Mountains, this amazing 9000+ square foot of living space would offer a special place for family reunions, weddings, and retreats for business or pleasure.

Spacious rooms for gathering - great room 27ft x44ft, dining room with fireplace 16ftx 25ft, floor to ceiling windows. Main level has Master bedroom with fireplace and King bed plus 2 bedrooms with queen beds and a bathroom between. Lower level has 2 bedrooms with twin beds, one bedroom with a double bed and 3 bedrooms with queen beds.

Two bathrooms on each level(one bathroom is fully handicapped), and a large fully equipped kitchen. In the lower level there is a Hot Tub, Sanua and excerie room. There is also a "porch lift" elevator between the two stories of living and sleeping space. A must see to appreciate!
