The 5500 square foot home is located between Vail and Beaver Creek, (upper Eagle Valley) Colorado on the side of the mountain and has a spectacular 30 mile view down mountains. Its spacious size allows for a gathering of friends or family and allows you to come as friends and go home as friends. Its great for all seasons and just one of the best house rentals available. Whether is the skiing of winter, the fun of the summer, or the beauty of the aspens' turning.
This rental home has a large oversized gourmet kitchen with a Jenn-Air in the center island. Four of the bedrooms have king or queen beds. One of the other has a set of bunk beds with a queen sleeper, the other has two sets of bunk beds (full down and twin above).
The rental home has three levels each with great view and two living areas. The grand room is 35 x 35 with cathedral ceiling with floor to ceiling glass. The rec. room on the lower level has a setting area in front of build in cabinetry with TV, stereo, VCR, etc. Also on that level in a competition pool table and an 8 foot oak bar with ice maker, mini fridge, and microwave. The two areas provide a quite gathering for one group while the other is having fun downstairs playing pool listening to music.
