The Sunnyside Mountain Home is located 15 minutes from the Winter Park Ski Resort facing spectacular views of the continental divide and the ski area.
This spacious home designed to accommodate a large "family" of up to 19 people. Large windows off the sunroom open the home to fantastic views and, coupled with its vaulted ceilings, give the home a light and open atmosphere. The 2800 square foot house includes six bedrooms, three baths, a sunroom, large kitchen, dining room, living room, family room/bedroom, laundry room, entry-way "mudroom" for the skis and coats, and two-car garage.
The master bedroom has a queen bed and double futon, plus private bathroom. The bunkroom includes a bunk bed with a double futon on the bottom and single on top, plus an additional single bed. The third bedroom has a trundle bed that can be either two twins or a king bed. The fourth bedroom has a double bed and a single bed. The fifth bedroom has a double futon. The family room/bedroom has a queen hide-a-bed. Last but not least, the final bedroom has a queen bed and spectacular views of the continental divide and ski area. The kitchen and dining room were designed for "real cooking and eating." Both the family room and the living room have TVs with satellite, VCR, and DVD players. Games and books are also provided as well as a full size air hockey table. The house is wired for free wireless internet, and the free shuttle bus to the resort has a pick-up 1/4 mile from the house.
