Comfortable family house a block and a half from the beach and walking distance to restaurants and shops. A covered, wrap-around deck, serves as the family gathering place - bar, lounge area with TV, and BBQ. The master bedroom and large bath are upstairs, King bed + space that can sleep 2 young children on roll-aways. Downstairs is a room with Queen sofa bed that can be fitted for your stay with a regular Queen mattress. This room has a bathroom with walk in shower. The 3rd sleeping area is in a separate "granny flat" with it's own bathroom. It has a large screen TV, twin beds, and two chairs that convert to beds for small children. The house has hardwood floors, slipcovered furniture, ceiling fans, lots of windows and french doors that can be left open at all times.
