The villa is beautifully furnished, carpeted and equipped to sleep up to 10 people. It is air-conditioned and has ceiling fans in the Master Bedroom and Family Room.
As the villa is all on one level it would suit all ages and abilities.
The villa has Smoke Alarms and Emergency Lighting and complies fully with all Fire and Safety Regulations.
At the rear of the villa is our heated* pool and Hot tub which overlooks a large grassed area for added privacy.
As the villa is situated just a few minutes from Highway 192 and Interstate 4 it makes an ideal base to explore all that Florida has to offer.
The local amenities include Golf courses,supermarkets just a minutes drive away along with a pharmacy and several local restaurants and take-away's for when you don't want to cook.
