The 2 adjacent cottages each have ocean views from the combination great room, kitchen, and dining areas, and feature 2 bedrooms and a full bath each. The compound has a total of 5 additional sleep sofas located in the living/great rooms among the three cottages adding flexibility for extra guests. This family friendly property is ideal whether you enjoy relaxing and lounging or spending time swimming and playing water sports on its sandy, safe, warm water beach. Plenty of room for outside dining with a stone patio.

The main house has wood floors throughout and an open kitchen, dining, and living room. The living room opens onto the Nantucket Porch with a large slider, doubling the size of the living room for ease in entertaining. The Nantucket Porch has a wicker lounge set and a matching dining area, great for peacefully eating breakast in the morning, watching the ocean, or playing cards at night with friends. There are three lovely decorated bedrooms upstairs, one room has a full bed and the other two rooms have sets of twins each (sleeps six in bedrooms). There are two new full baths, one off the kitchen downstairs and one upstairs. There is also an outdoor shower so you can rinse off after bathing.
Each of the two cottages can accommodate a family and has two bedrooms, one room has a full bed, and the other room has sets of twins (sleeps four in bedrooms).
For additonal overnight guests, the main house has a queen size sleep sofa in the living room. The cottages have two twin size sleep sofas in the great rooms.
We supply bedspreads, blankets, and pillows. The kitchens are fully applianced with gourmet cookware and plenty of dinnerware for barbecues and entertaining. Parking is available for six cars maximum.
