Our best feature is the abundant ocean view from inside, and on the West facing Balcony. We’re central to all San Diego attractions, yet peaceful quiet and secure. Enjoy our gated, guarded community. Our home is a 1600-square-foot, two-story (bedrooms downstairs), two Bedroom, two and-a-half bath, two-car garage townhouse. *Master bedroom has a brand new Cal-King Beautyrest bed, private bath, TV/DVD and sliding glass door on to garden. *Second Bedroom: Queen-sized Beautyrest, and all new furniture, TV/DVD, large window onto garden (see picture) *Upstairs living room is large, with ocean views. Huge bran new genuine leather sleeper-sofa. *Library nook upstairs has daybed suitable for children's sleeping area. *All furniture is 100% brand new *Just re-modeled June 2006-- Floors and paint all brand new. *Televisions + DVD in every room. Thirty-two-inch set in Living room. All have sleep-timers. *Ocean-view deck has Gas Barbecue, and patio set (see picture) *Pool and hot tub are open late, and steps away. *Full sized kitchen with Oven, and all cookware, appliances, dishwasher, Toaster, Pots/pans, coffee maker etc. Our Beach (Grandview beach) is excellent for surfing, bodysurfing, swimming, sand castles and long walks day or night. Enjoy long, long walks for over five miles North or South at low tide. Boogie boards on-site, Near-by surfboard rentals. We suplpy beach towels, beach umbrellas, beach chairs.
