Surrounded by unspoiled beaches, The Indian House, aFenwick Island, Delaware vacation rental home, offers spectacular ocean views.

Perfect for families with young children, this Fenwick Island house rental can accommodate up to 12 vacationers comfortably. There are three master suites with king-size beds and one junior master suite with a queen-size bed. The fifth room hosts two sets of bunks while our large playroom houses one full-size futon. We have a queen-size sofa bed as well in the den. It features five and half bathrooms, two of which are Jack-and-Jill bathrooms. There is also a soaking tub for your relaxation as well as a soothing out door hot tub. Have fun with family and friends in our inground swimming pool.

Sprawl out in front of the wide-screen LCD high-definition TV or retreat to one of the other four cable TV’s with DVDs in our living room. Prepare delicious meals in the spacious, ultra-modern kitchen and enjoy dining before the gas fireplace.

A huge deck with gas barbecue and enormous round tempered-glass windows with marvelous views occupies the top floor of our child friendly Fenwick Island vacation home. The house also features a beautiful private heated pool for your enjoyment.

This Fenwick Island home near beach is an ideal base for fishing, boating, water skiing, swimming or just relaxing on the sand. Golf aficionados will find excellent golf facilities within easy reach of our Fenwick Island home near golf course.

  AMENITIES :
  • Payment is only accepted in the quoted currency unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner. • Check in is 3 PM, and check out is 10 AM. Early check ins and check outs by request for a fee in September to May rentals ($75). We do not rent partial weeks from May 30 to Aug 30. We can accept credit cards but do charge a small fee. Cleaning fee is included Bed linens, towels are not included and can be rented and dropped off and picked up at your door. Security Deposit is $1000 and is refundable. Cancellation fee is $250 if we can replace your rental. Rate for heating the pool: $390/week - $190/weekend The following are also provided: high chair, jogging stroller, pack & play playyard, full size ping pong table
