Situated on Delaware’s southernmost island beach, our Fenwick Island, Delaware vacation rental home, The Red House, offers partial ocean views.

There are three master suites with king-size beds, a bedroom with two sets of bunks and fifth bedroom hosting a set of twin beds. Along with two dens containing a queen-size sleeper sofa and two twin futons respectively, this 5 bedroom rental home in Fenwick Island can sleep up to 19 guests comfortably.

Our child friendly Fenwick Island house rental is designed around a heated pool tucked into an expansive private second-story deck. The bold and colorful interior is packed with unique, playful touches, high-tech lighting and decorative arts, creating a refreshing counterpoint to the surrounding neutrals of sand and seascape.

The luxury appointments include natural hardwood floors, a complete home theater system, a wonderful open-concept kitchen with two refrigerators, two ovens, five TVs with DVD players, and a wet bar.

Relax in the soothing hot tub.

Located just steps from the ocean, this Fenwick Island vacation home provides easy access to fishing, boating, water skiing and swimming. Within easy reach, you will find amusement park, movie theatre, shopping centers and quality restaurants.

  The following are also provided: high chair, jogging stroller, pack & play playyard, full size ping pong table. • Payment is only accepted in the quoted currency unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner. • Check in is 3 PM, and check out is 10 AM. Early check ins and check outs by request for a fee in September to May rentals We do not rent partial weeks from May 30 to Aug 30. We can accept credit cards but do charge a small fee. Cleaning fee is included Bed linens, towels are not included and can be rented and dropped off and picked up at your door. Security Deposit is $1000 and is refundable. Cancellation fee is $250 if we can replace your rental. Rate for heating the pool: $390/week - $190/weekend Ask for 4% discount for June booking.
