One guest room has a king bed with a feather topper; the other has a set of bunk beds and daybed with a trundle that can convert to a third king bed. The unit also has a laundry room with a full-size washer and dryer.

It’s also fitted with a fully equipped entertainment center including a 50"" HDTV and Bose surround sound.
