Recently renovated kitchen, new luxury carpet throughout. Living room plus den, attached garage. Additional Guest parking just 20 feet from condo garage. Vaulted ceilings in living room, dining room, master bed and bath for added spacious feeling. Three tv's with DVD player in Den, cable TV. Phone line for dial-up access and possible wireless access from my other condo. Unfortunately pets are not permitted. The minimum rental is one month. Year lease is available.
