ST PETERSBURG VACATION CONDO RENTAL DESCRIPTION :

The only thing between this romantic condo and the surf is sand. You may listen to the waves as you sleep, if you desire, on the king size bed. This is a vacation condo on the first floor of a 18 unit building (parking on ground floor) in a quite neighborhood. Swim in the gulf or our condo pool. Bedroom #1 has king bed w/private bath, shower and tub. Bedroom 2 has queen bed plus 2 single beds, bath in hall. Each bedroom has TV with DVD, lots of closet space. Kitchen is fully equipped. Washer/dryer is just off kitchen. Dining area has table w/6 chairs. Sitting area has 2 recliners plus sofa bed, a TV with VCR/DVD and along with bedroom 2 opens onto a large deck facing the pool and the gulf. Bedrooms have carpet floors, balance have clay tile. No matter how long you stay you will wish to stay longer. This is a self catering, professional managed place.
