ANNA MARIA VACATION HOUSE RENTAL DESCRIPTION :

This airy and spacious Anna Maria home is situated 1 ½ blocks from the Gulf and 4 blocks from Tampa Bay. But if you aren't up for the beach just stay at home and relax in our newly constructed (September 08) pool. This 3-bedroom home is only a few minutes walk from Anna Maria’s best waterfront restaurants (the Sandbar being a favorite), boutiques, antique stores and the City Pier, well known for it’s dining and fishing. In addition, an internet café is located one block away at Ginny's and Jane E's. This home is very kid friendly but also a great romantic get away. 	The beautiful master bedroom has it's own TV/VCR, ceiling fan, king-size bed and direct access to an open balcony with seating. It was recently redecorated and new bedding was purchased (July 2007).

	The master bathroom is often said to be the best room of the house. It has a large stand-in shower and Jacuzzi style bathtub. The sink area is surrounded by a massive mirror.

	Our backyard has a lot to offer. Enjoy our newly constructed (September 08) pool or lounge on the patio furniture. Either way, it is bound to make your stay more relaxing and carefree!

	The screened-in porch is attached to the living and dining room. There is a gas grill, wicker seating area and glass top table with a seperate serving table.


	Garage - Level Within Rental: 1
	The ground floor is a 2 car garage filled with many bikes, beach chairs and toys and plenty of room for storage. It also has access to the back cement patio that includes a charcoal grill and shower.
